I have been a physical therapist since I graduated college in my early twenties and I couldn't help but notice that most of the patients I worked with were in deep need of psychological help. Every single time I was treating someone they wanted to be comforted and they wanted to talk about the issues they were having to me.
They were always so grateful when they left, because they felt that not only their body felt better, but they left with a lighter heart!
That is what inspired me to learn more about the human mind and get deeper into human psychology and spirituality!
I have been studying different spiritual paths and mainly eastern philosophies like Dao, Buddhism, Confucianism, etc.
One day I read about NLP and Hypnosis and I was intrigued by it, so I started my Hypnotherapy and NLP Practitioner training.
It opened more horizons for me and it helped me overcome issues I have dealt with for a long time.
Needless to say I was greatly inspired by both!
That was my turning point!
